This website is operated by Boops Pets, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Boops Pets. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including additional terms and conditions referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

2. Online Store and Subscriptions

Our products, including subscription-based offerings, are sold via our Shopify-powered store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the cadence you choose unless canceled before the renewal date. You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing bark@boopspets.com — there is no cancellation fee. If we change subscription pricing, we will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before your next renewal. Full details are in our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

3. Account Information

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. Boops Pets is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

4. Billing and Payments

By purchasing from Boops Pets, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases, including recurring subscription fees. If your payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your order. You are responsible for updating payment and billing information.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every order with our 90-Day Promise: if you’re not satisfied with your first order of any one Boops product, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. In most cases no return is required — keep the product. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to ask you to return a product before issuing a refund (for example, for quality inspection or where we suspect fraud or abuse); if we do, we will provide return instructions. 6. Product Availability and Accuracy

Products may be limited in quantity and are subject to our applicable policies. We attempt to display product information as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your device’s display is accurate.

7. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. Boops Pets reserves the right to remove any content deemed in violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

We may use third-party tools and services, including Shopify and fulfillment providers. Boops Pets is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked to or from our site.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Boops products are dietary supplements for dogs — they are not pharmaceuticals and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care or advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Boops products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, under 12 months old, or currently taking medication. You are solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for your dog.

11. Limitation of Liability

Boops Pets, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boops Pets, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or demands arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to bring claims as part of a class or representative proceeding. You also waive your right to a jury trial.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
