Refund Policy — The 90-Day Boops Promise
Every first order of Boops comes with a simple promise: if you're not happy, we'll refund you. Here's exactly how it works.
What's covered
If you're not satisfied with your first order of any one Boops product, email us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This is a satisfaction guarantee — it is not a promise of any specific health result.
Do I have to send the product back?
In most cases, no. Usually there's nothing to ship back — keep the product, share it with a friend, or donate it to a local shelter. Just email us and we'll take care of the refund. We do reserve the right, at our discretion, to ask you to return a product before issuing a refund — for example, for quality inspection or where we suspect fraud or abuse. If we ask for a return, we'll provide return instructions.
Who it applies to
- Your first order of any one Boops product, purchased directly from boopspets.com.
- Limited to one (1) refund per customer or household.
- The promise applies to your first order whether or not it was placed with a discount or promotion.
How to request a refund
Email bark@boopspets.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number. No forms to fill out — just email us, and in most cases there's nothing to send back. We reply within 1 business day.
When you'll get your refund
Once approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it). We refund the product price; shipping (free on orders over $35) is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit-card company first, as processing can take additional time. If it still hasn't appeared, email bark@boopspets.com and we'll track it down.
Exchanges
Because we don't require returns, we don't process exchanges. If you'd like to try a different product, simply place a new order. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, see "Damaged or wrong order" below.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders are covered by the same 90-Day Promise on your first subscription order. After that, you can pause, skip, change, or cancel any time from your account — no commitment, no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for a shipment you don't want, cancel or skip before your next renewal date; if a package is already on its way, contact us and we'll help.
Damaged or wrong order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email bark@boopspets.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you — separate from, and on top of, the 90-Day Promise.
Unopened products outside the 90-day window
Separately from the 90-Day Promise, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of delivery for store credit.
Sale items and gift cards
The 90-Day Promise applies to eligible first orders even when purchased on sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.
A few exclusions
- Covers first orders only (damaged or incorrect items are always covered).
- One refund per customer or household.
- Purchases made through third-party retailers (Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other stores) follow that retailer's return policy — please contact them directly.
- We reserve the right to decline requests that show a pattern of abuse, so we can keep this promise generous for everyone.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted at boopspets.com/policies/refund-policy when you place your order is the one that applies.
