Shipping policy

We want your order to reach you and your dog quickly and reliably. Here’s how Boops shipping works.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping options & rates

  • Standard shipping (5–7 business days): free on orders over $40; a flat shipping rate applies to orders under $40, calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): available at checkout for an additional charge.
  • Subscriptions always ship free: every Subscribe & Save order ships with free standard shipping, regardless of order value.

Delivery estimates

The delivery windows above are estimates in business days from when your order is placed, and may vary with carrier conditions, holidays, and your delivery location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After your order ships

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. You can follow your package using the link in that email. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address — please double-check your address at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email bark@boopspets.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
